Mini Stay - Apollo Language Centre

Our programmes for school groups from all over the world have been specifically designed to motivate young learners and maximize the short time they have to study with us. For adult groups aged 16 and older, students can choose between mixed-nationality classes, where they will interact with peers from diverse backgrounds, or closed group classes tailored for their colleagues.

To enhance the experience, we offer the option to combine Apollo’s Real World English course, which includes elements of Irish culture, with friendly host family accommodation for an immersive learning experience. Students will also benefit from convenient airport transfers, ensuring a smooth transition upon arrival.

Additionally, groups can select from a variety of activities, excursions, and guest speakers, allowing you to create a customized group package that perfectly suits the needs and interests of your students. This comprehensive approach not only enriches their educational experience but also fosters lasting memories and cultural connections during their time with us.

The Location

The Apollo Year-Round School for groups is located in Dublin city centre in (Dublin 2) within 10 minutes’ walk to Grafton Street and St Stephen’s Green shopping areas. Lad Lane is a quiet street just off Baggot Street in the city’s central business district and we are located right next door to the European Headquarters of LinkedIn. There is an abundance of coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shops on our doorstep.

The School

The school building had a full upgrade and renovation at the start of 2023 and consists of 3 floors with 15 classrooms all equipped with TV, iPad & audio-visual equipment. There is a modern & spacious cafeteria & outdoor area with self-service tea/coffee facilities. There are quiet study & lounge areas with wifi throughout & a game zone with arcade games for our students to enjoy! The building is serviced by an elevator and has a stylish & welcoming reception inside the front door.

Accommodation

Accommodation for groups is offered in host family accommodation located in the suburbs of Dublin in single or twin rooms sharing. B&B/Hotel accommodation is available for group leaders on request.

The Apollo Coach

The Apollo Coach service offers convenient transportation options for students to enhance their experience at Apollo.

The Apollo meet & greet service welcomes students upon arrival, with a designated staff member available to assist them at the airport and help them navigate to their transport.

Additionally, there is an option to choose private daily coach transport to and from school everyday. This service ensures comfortable and reliable travel, allowing students to focus on their studies and enjoy their time in a new city without the stress of navigating public transport.
